Forgive yourself for slowing down. You’re always doing something. Let’s be honest, you’re always doing everything, and it’s okay to take a break. You don’t have to be mad at yourself for not doing the things you just don’t have the time or energy to do.
(April 20th to May 21st)
Forgive yourself for the one time you let someone down. You’re reliable and everyone who knows you knows they can depend on you, so don’t carry that one let down with you. Let it go.
(May 22nd to June 21st)
Forgive yourself for the decisions you made that probably weren’t the right ones. We’re all just learning as we go along, and sometimes your mistakes end up being the greatest lessons. We all make bad choices, but do what you can to not make the same bad choice twice.
(June 22nd to July 22nd)
Forgive yourself for overreacting. You don’t have to apologize for your emotions and you don’t have to feel sorry for feeling the way you do. You’re allowed to react, so don’t be so hard on yourself when you do.
